Cancellation Policy
- If unfortunately you have to cancel/modify an order, please do so within 1-2 hours after placing an order, by mailing us all the details at info.amnayasarees@gmail.com
- If you cancel your order before your package/s has been handed over to the courier service providers, we shall refund you the entire amount. If the courier service providers have already made the booking against your order, or the order/s have already dispatched, no cancellations can be made.
- We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities. No cancellations can be made owing to the delay in receiving orders.
Refund policy
- Strictly no returns will be taken for the slight colour variation or feel of the material as we use the pure and fine quality cotton, silk and silk cotton for weaving our sarees. we take all effort to reproduce the same colour, there will a colour variation due to the device pixel or device temperature or due to the screen brightness.
- Before packing we will be inspecting all our product and do quality check all our products for any damage. if in case if you received a damaged product kindly notify us within 24 hours after receiving the product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
